Booking Confirmation

Ensure your travel details are accurate before payment. Once payment is made, bookings are typically confirmed and may be non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Passengers are usually required to check in at the bus operator's counter at least 15 minutes before departure, presenting a booking confirmation and valid travel documents.

 Policies vary by operator. Some may allow rescheduling or cancellations if done at least 72 hours before the departure date, possibly with associated fees.

Typically, each passenger is allowed to carry luggage not exceeding 15kg. Operators may not be liable for any losses or damages to luggage.
